License Agreement

POKER BLUFF MASTER LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the Software on iOS devices you own or control for personal poker training and entertainment purposes.
• Access and use the app's features in accordance with this agreement.
• Make a single backup copy of the Software for archival purposes only.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software
• Use the Software for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software to any third party
• Use automated systems to access or interact with the Software
• Interfere with or disrupt the Software or any associated services
• Use the Software in any unlawful manner or in violation of these terms

The Software is licensed, not sold. POKER BLUFF MASTER LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of POKER BLUFF MASTER LTD.

Your use of the Software is governed by our Privacy Policy. Poker Bluff Master does not collect personal information. All data is stored locally on your device. The app does not require an account, does not connect to external servers, and does not transmit any user data to third parties.

Poker Bluff Master is a training and entertainment application only. It does not involve real money, real gambling, wagering, or any financial transactions within the gameplay. The app is designed purely as a psychological skill-development tool. No in-app currency can be exchanged for real money or prizes.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POKER BLUFF MASTER LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Poker Bluff Master is a training tool and does not guarantee specific results or improvements in real-money poker performance.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL POKER BLUFF MASTER LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if POKER BLUFF MASTER LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of the Software
• You must delete or destroy all copies of the Software in your possession
• Sections relating to intellectual property, warranty disclaimer, and limitation of liability shall survive termination

POKER BLUFF MASTER LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed. You acknowledge that the Software may require such updates to continue functioning properly. We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
