Poker Bluff Master is designed for entertainment and psychological poker training. The app contains no real money gambling and is intended solely as a skill-development tool. By using the App, you agree to do so legally and responsibly. You must not:
All assets within the App — including visuals, audio, game logic, text, branding, scenarios, and design elements — are owned or properly licensed by POKER BLUFF MASTER LTD. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal training purposes. No rights are granted to copy, resell, or create derivative works based on the App or its content.
Poker Bluff Master does not require an account or collect personal information. The App does not include third-party trackers or analytics. Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device to provide core functionality. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
The App is appropriate for players aged 13 and above. It is designed to be family-friendly and contains no explicit, inappropriate, or gambling-related content involving real money. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Poker Bluff Master is a training and entertainment application only. It does not involve real money, real gambling, or any financial transactions within the gameplay. No in-app purchases are required to access core features. Any optional purchases are for convenience only and do not constitute gambling.
The App offers entertainment and skills practice only. It is not a professional coaching product and should not be used as a substitute for professional poker coaching, financial advice, or any other professional service. We make no guarantees about improvement in real-money poker performance.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant error-free operation, specific results, or continuous availability. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, POKER BLUFF MASTER LTD and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
